COURSE OVERVIEW
This course covers how to administer botulinum toxin type A to the platysmal bands. The targeted areas include the neck, eyebrows, and the mouth, as well as the palms, soles and underarms. As targeting facial wrinkles, this treatment also helps with hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating).

What will I learn during the course?
You will learn how to administer botulinum toxin type A to the platysmal bands allowing you to smooth and lift the neck area, the gummy smile, the brow lift and hyperhidrosis of the palms, soles and underarms.
You will also learn about the legalities surrounding these types of injections, including prescribing regulations and how to set up a successful clinic.
You will learn about the anatomy & physiology of the skin and and areas associated with advanced botulinum toxin treatments.
Do I need any qualifications to do this course?
You will need to hold a foundation botulinum toxin qualification, with a minimum of four months experience.

How will I be assessed:
You will be continuously assessed throughout the day, by both practical and oral assessments. Our tutor are all qualified teachers and use a variety of teaching and assessment methods.
How many people are in the class?
We only ever train small class sizes. This is to ensure that the trainer can provide the correct support to all students. (Max 6 students per class)
Will I need to bring my own model?
You can bring a model with you for the practical element of the training. If you are unable to bring your own model, let us know in advance so that, we can provide a model for you.
